CAPTAIN BLOOD
All of the cigars presented were made from raw materials grown in the USA. The presentation was an immediate success, and multiple orders were received shortly after. During this time, Mr. Zarkh began developing a new cigarette blend. In December 1994, a new product was introduced in the form of packaged cigarettes under the brand name "Nemiroff." This brand marketed three types of cigarettes: White Classic, White Light, and White Ultra Classic Slims. The success of sales can be attributed to the high quality of tobacco used in the manufacture of cigarettes and established pricing policies.
Using tobacco grown in the United States for over 300 years guarantees high quality raw materials grown without pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals. All of the raw materials selected by A. Zarkh for their products are natural and organic, accounting for the high quality of the finished products. The company owns an inventory stock of raw tobacco materials, from which they create a blend, certify it, and launch it into production. They are members of a farmer's association and have signed several supply agreements, guaranteeing uninterrupted supply of good quality raw materials in various grades of tobacco and at a fixed price. The farmer's association members own several factories that produce excellent tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, weighed tobacco for pipes, roll-ups, hookahs, and chewing tobacco.
Their policy on quality is to produce high-quality cigarettes and tobacco products without the use of chemical flavorings or additives, using only 100% pure American tobacco. They use four main types of tobacco: Virginia, Kentucky, Oriental, and Burley. In the production of cigarillos, they use only the cigar varieties of tobacco based on the seeds from Cuba. They don’t use “chopped or exploded vein," “reconstituted tobacco,” or “chemical flavors” in their mixtures. In order to obtain the "taste and aroma" of cognac, rum, wine, etc. in tobacco, the tobacco raw materials they use are aged in barrels of brandy, rum, or wine for up to 1 year for fermentation. In order to obtain elite and exclusive varieties of cigar tobacco, their raw tobacco materials are aged in barrels up to 2-3 years.
They have created about 200 different recipes of unique blends for the premium and super-premium tobacco product market segments, including mixes for use in cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, pipes, and hookahs. They have also created a unique recipe for "Non-Tobacco" cigarettes, which are marketed to smokers who desire to stop smoking.
Their factory, located in the United States of America, meets the high-quality standard ISO 9001: 2015. They are located in the Richmond Virginia area, in the heart of the tobacco industry. Their cigarettes have two legal inscriptions: “MADE IN USA” and “Richmond, VA, USA,” which are highly regarded outside the USA and can capture up to 30-40% of both the mass buyer market and the premium market segment buyers. The quality and quality control standards of the American tobacco industry for the tobacco blends are still very high and well-regarded.
